This is a time for moms to adjust to their new life and recuperate after childbirth. Taking care of the baby and taking care of themselves are equally important. If mom has physical and mental health problems, it can have a huge impact on her baby.  

In addition to physical changes, young mothers may also face emotional and mental changes, including:
